Course Selection Changes Weekly
Spend 4 hours learning from 1454 Chef Mendoza how to create delicious dishes from your favorite local foods.
Learn in an intimate setting with personal instruction from the Chef. Hands on environment, watch and then apply the techniques yourself. After you complete your courses enjoy a prix fixe meal compliments of the Chef.
